Where copywriting and design meet psychology

xMonthly

Brand Voice and Site Copy

xMonthly’s home page above the fold

xMonthly is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner that connects businesses with licensing expertise, fractional specialists, and Microsoft Cloud services. When I joined the team in December 2024, the site needed a voice that could turn a technically complex product offering into something approachable, without losing credibility with an audience of IT leaders and Microsoft partners.

My Role

I write and manage all copy across the xMonthly site, which includes landing pages, service descriptions, product pages, blog posts, agent listings, and CTAs. Working in a fast-moving startup environment, I use AI tools and in-depth prompting to maintain output volume without sacrificing consistency in tone or quality.

The Challenge

xMonthly operates in a niche corner of the B2B tech space where the audience knows the terminology and has low tolerance for vague claims. Copy needs to be specific enough to earn credibility with experienced Microsoft partners, while remaining accessible enough for business stakeholders who are evaluating vendors and not just features.

My Approach

I established a brand voice built around clarity and confidence: direct language, short sentences, and concrete value statements over broad promises. The goal was to make every page feel like it was written by someone who understood the product, not someone describing it from a distance.

The Work

The site covers a wide range of content types: service and product pages for offerings like Microsoft Licensing, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Copilot Studio; agent catalog listings for partner companies; lead generation landing pages; a recurring newsletter; and on-demand resource pages for webinars and briefings.

Results

Since January 2025, xMonthly’s site has grown from roughly 200 weekly active users to nearly 2,000. The site attracted 13,000 active users between January 2025 and February 2026, with consistent growth through the second half of the year. Copy and content were central to the site’s expansion during the period.
